Make Life a Little Bit Sweeter

Patients and practitioners. As cousins, we came together to bring natural remedies from our family to yours based on the wellness challenges we’ve experienced. Our products are clinically backed and used by our loved ones. Developed by families for families.

Our Story

Our family immigrated from Russia to the US at the turn of the 20th century. The patriarch and matriarch were Abe and Ida. For our parents growing up weekends were spent being hosted by various aunts or uncles. A whole gaggle of cousins running around.  Family was very important. The first time we cousins really hung out was when we were 13. Having grown up on opposite coasts we'd only met a few times. That spring in DC the connection between the two of us was magical. Like instant BFF's. After that we kept in close contact over AIM. We even managed to study abroad in Florence at the same time. As full-time working moms our desire to create Abe & Ida was forged during the quiet moments between wake windows. Abe & Ida is truly a labor of love.
